Terms & Conditions Related to Renting a Vehicle from LookNok car Rental:
Renters must be at least 22 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
Drivers must not consume alcohol. In the event of an accident caused by drunk driving, insurance will not cover any damages; the renter is liable for all costs.
Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited. Pets must be transported in a carrier/cage only.

**Thai nationals with a flight ticket to Phuket who provide details of their pickup and return dates do not need to pay a security deposit. *Original ID card and driver's license must be presented to staff when signing the rental agreement.

The security deposit will be refunded upon the return of the vehicle.
For booking changes or cancellations, please notify us at least 3 days in advance. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will result in no refunds or price adjustments.
Payment can be made via credit cards issued by Thai or international banks (a 4% surcharge applies to the total amount).
Rental Duration and Vehicle Return:
Daily rental: A full day is calculated as 24 hours, starting from the time the contract is signed.
Late Return: An overtime fee of 100 Baht per hour applies. If the return is delayed by more than 5 hours, the charge will exceed the standard rental rate. (Please notify us 1 day in advance if an extension is required).
The tenant must personally return the vehicle at the date, time, and location specified in the rental agreement.
Accidents and Breach of Contract:
The rental fee includes basic insurance. You may opt for additional insurance coverage (at an extra cost) when signing the agreement.
Accidents During the Rental Period
If the renter is at fault or if there is no other party involved, the renter must pay a deductible ranging from 3,000 to 50,000 Baht, depending on the vehicle type and extent of damage. Severe damage will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If the damage necessitates towing, the renter must pay a fee of 4,000 to 8,500 Baht per wheel.
For damage to the vehicle body or chassis, the renter must pay compensation based on the repair duration: 700 Baht per day for 1.2–1.5L engines, and 1,500 Baht per day for engines 1.6L and above.
The renter must pay compensation for any damage to the wheels.
If the renter is not at fault, no charges will be applied.
In the event of a lost key, a replacement fee ranging from 4,500 to 15,000 Baht applies, depending on the vehicle model.
Pick-up and Return Procedures:
The renter must inspect the vehicle for any existing damage and ensure the fuel tank is full.
Pay the remaining rental balance and the security deposit (the deposit will be refunded upon the vehicle's return).
The renter must return the vehicle at the time and location specified in the rental agreement. The renter must inspect the vehicle prior to handover. The security deposit will be refunded after all fees have been settled.
Fuel and Issue Handling
At the time of pickup, the fuel tank will be filled, and the level will be recorded as agreed. Upon return, the renter must return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel.
If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank, the renter must compensate the company for the missing fuel at a pro-rated rate.
On-site services for issues such as locked-in keys or flat tires—where the damage is caused by the renter—will be charged on a case-by-case basis.
If the battery drains because the customer left the vehicle's lights on, the customer is responsible for the cost of the battery jump-start service.
